Comfort Inn & Suites Zanesville City Center

The room was clean but A bit dated mainly by an old sofa bed that was stained, a framed print hanging over the sofa had a dead spider up under the glass, both things I brought to the Management's attention. The breakfast which was included in the cost of the room was delicious with scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles and fruit and yogurt and hot coffee juice and so forth it was quite a breakfast. The location is convenient to most anything you want to visit or do in Zanesville.

Way above expectation. Had an issue with the tub backing up during shower. Told the receptionist about it who got maintenance to fix right away. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also above expectation. Hotel was quiet (aside from the train next door, but wasn't too big of a deal), staff was friendly.

I had to spend Saturday and Sunday here. I was hauling an oversized load and couldn't deliver nearby until Monday. I really enjoyed my stay here. I definitely enjoyed the swimming pool the most of all on Saturday night. You never know when or where you'll meet someone.

For what this place is and where it is considering alternatives this is a good place to stay. Overall very clean from the room to the pool area to the lobby. Jacuzzi isn’t very hot but it’s relaxing. Pool is perfect place to get some movement in before bed. Breakfast is also a nice option from biscuits n gravy, sausage and eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit and beverage selection. I thought the bed was super comfortable as well. Super solid option.

Home away from home. What more do you need. Pool, restaurant, free breakfast, clean linen and friendly faces. When I’m in town this is my only non negotiable request, to stay at this particular comfort inn.

Not much stood out as good or bad. They did a good job of making this a 100% totally standard Comfort Inn stay which is not a bad thing at all.

Group of us stayed here for 5 nights for a motorcycle ride. The staff was amazing! They made sure all our needs were met. They graciously were very accommodating for us - allowing us to respectfully “take over” the lobby at the end of our days. The facility is in great shape with recent renovations. Rooms on the 2nd floor have been recently renovated and were great (they are working on renovations the rest). The location was great - walking distance to restaurants, gas station near by and easy access to all the riding routes we wanted. Angie (manager) and all her staff were awesome!! Great place to stay - great staff and location. I would for sure stay here again when back in the area

Hotel staff are awesome. Very accommodating. Room was okay. Overall not a bad place to sleep and get back on the road. Breakfast was actually pretty decent. I dinged it for the smell. More of a chemical smell than bad. It was just not pleasant. Within walking distance of multiple eating spots. Dog friendly.
